Ratchada Chitrada is a senior producer with AsiaWorks Television based in Bangkok. She started her journalism career with the BBC’s IndoChina Bureau in 1997 and joined AsiaWorks Television as a producer two years later. She has produced segments and programs for international broadcasters including CNBC Asia, BBC, Ch4 UK, ABC, ABC Australia, Al Jazeera English, CNN, CBS News, and many others. In 2007, she produced a half hour documentary on human trafficking in Asia Pacific region for MTV EXIT Foundation. She also co-produced a four part documentary series for National Geographic Channel about wildlife trafficking in Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. She produced a six part documentary series in Burma, The New Myanmar series aired in March 2013 on Channel News Asia. She recently, produced a short documentary, A Killing fever, a story about dengue and its devastating impact families in Thailand and USAID: Counting Carbon: From Mangroves to Mountain Tops video in 2015.
