About

I am a Multimedia Journalist with a passion for storytelling. The key topics that I work on are of social justice issues, culture, politics and technology. I enjoy video and documentary production. For the last five years, I have been working as Media Production Unit Coordinator in the University of the Sacred Heart, in Puerto Rico. With my team, we have accomplished many goals in: news coverage, photography, video production, social media and the implementation of the Intitution’s news web page. I am also a Multimedia Journalist educator. I have been teaching different journalism courses since 2013 in the same University. I have a Master’s Degree in Journalism (2009) from the University of Barcelona, and a Master’s Degree in Creative Documentary (2010) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, in Spain. I graduated with honors from the University of the Sacred Heart (2008) where I attained a Bachelors Degree in Journalism with a Minor Concentration in Telecommunications.
