I am a freelance Video Journalist based in London and Islamabad and have my own production company in Pakistan called AKS Films. I have been a journalist for 16 years and have worked for the likes of BBC news, ITN, Al Jazeera, Deutsche Welle, Channel NewsAsia and GlobalPost among others. We are particularly interested in stories about women that defy the usual stereotypes and voices/subjects that many would not expect to see from a country like Pakistan and South Asia as a whole.
