Raphael Bottino is born and raised in São Paulo (Brazil) and works in the film market since 2004, when he began as production assistant and assistant director. As a producer he made videoclips, commercial ads, corporate films and shorts. In 2008 he joined Sala12 Filmes, where he worked as executive producer for theatrical docs, such as Grey City (2013), and produced and directed Yoani’s Trip (2015). He is the executive producer of the Chile-Brazil co-production Dios Me Libre (2011). In 2015 he worked at Damasco Filmes as executive manager of a docu-series for Discovery Home and Health, and later at Barry Company, as executive producer of the feature length documentary 4ALL (2016) and for several projects in development. Nowadays Raphael works as a freelance executive producer and line producer with experience in sets in many cities of Brazil, as well as USA, Canada, Ethiopia, Cuba and The Netherlands.

Among the interviewees, the highlights are actor Terry Crews, Pulitzer Prize nominee Andrew Solomon, writer Reza Aslan, Pulitzer Prize winner Glenn Greenwald, former senators Marina Silva and Eduardo Suplicy, indigenous leader Davi Kopenawa.
