I am a journalist based in Islamabad. I have been associated with the Voice of America since 1996 as a contractor. I was the news coordinator/reporter for VOA Urdu service and also simultaneously filed radio, TV and web stories for VOA English service. I quit from the Urdu service in 2012 and fully dedicated my services to VOA News room. Since then I have been writing almost daily stories for VOANEWS.COM out of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
