I'm a British Director / DP based in Los Angeles. I direct, shoot and edit depending on what the project needs. I can work as a one man bad or part of a crew - which I can also help assemble. I have a passion for character driven real human stories. I've shot over 100 short docs that have appeared on Mashable, CBS etc. Directed and shot 2 feature docs - licensed one of them to Redbull and directed over 60 TV commercials. Malibu Stories is a documentary series featuring characters from the creative community that call Malibu their home. Episode 7 follows Mati Waiya, a revered Chumash ceremonial elder upholding both traditional ancestral heritage and customs whilst managing the immense task of articulating very current and relevant concerns for the environment.

Fred is an 81 year old body surfer. He first went in the ocean at 12 years old, since then he has body surfed everyday of his life. He body surfs in just trunks. it doesn't matter how cold the water temperature is when he gets out of the water he warms himself up by lying on the sand. He's been stung by stingrays 3 times, his heart has stopped and he now surfs with a pacemaker.
