Joan Tous, born in Barcelona where I graduated in a Higher Degree of Photography at the IEFC while studying Philosophy at the University of Barcelona. I started working as a photographer around 2005 and I specialized in performing arts photography, doing follow-ups and reports on dance, music and theater. The latter awakened my passion for cinema and drove me to graduating in a Master of Cinematography of the ESCAC years later (2014). I have worked in advertisings, television, short films, documentaries and music videos as DoP & Camera Operator. I remain open to new adventures and paths to projects where persons are the most important.
