Juan Carlos Ribas is an award-winning German based artist who was born and raised in Accra, Ghana. He grew up in an artsy home, due to that he dabbled into the art world at a very young age. He later fell in love with digital art when he came across Adobe Photoshop and became passionate about it. As a self taught artist, He has freelanced his entire career making illustrations, 3d Arts, Concept Arts and commercial works. He believes Passion brings greatness and continues to inspire many young artists out there.
This collection from Woodin needed a to be expressed with a sense of life. Which is why the creative team came up with the idea to create huge life figures wearing the awesome prints from the collection. I was in charge of bringing this concept into digital realism. This campaign was mainly for social media and advertisement on billboards around African cities.
I was contacted to create the artwork to celebrate the journey of the Harman Kardon brand for their 70th anniversary.
This showcase includes cinematics I created for short films, sequences from unreleased projects, use of custom metahumans and environments created in Unreal Engine with the help of kitbash and the megascans library.
