Founder and Director of El Sótano.doc (www.elsotanodoc.es) a film production company. She writes, directs and produces documentary films since 2008. Her films have been broadcasted in spanish and international TV channels as TVE, Al Jazeera Documentary, OPMA Méjico, and awarded and selected in documentary film festivals as Aljazeera International documentay film festival/Qatar, Docstown/Méjico, Torrelavega International documentary film festival/Spain, Miradasdoc/Spain, Cinestrat/Spain, Curtocircuito International film festival. She reconciles his work as director and producer of documentaries, teaching documentary at Villanueva University in Madrid Spain, and documentary coacher in Spain and France. Bachelor in journalism, she has worked for 20 years in Telencico news travelling around world as reporter in hot areas (kosovo war, Inmigration's crisis in Estrecho de Gibraltar, Guinea Conakry's refugees crisis, Kenya, Malawi, Nicaragua...) In 2007 she studied documentary with Belkis Bega (San Antonio de Cuba cinema Schoo teacherl) and since then decided to jump into his passion of making films as independent producer and documentary filmmaker.

RTVE: 500 years ago a library left Al- Andalus. War and fanaticism have persecuted since then. Ismael Diadié, the last guardian of the andalusian manuscripts, fled into exile from Timbuktu to Granada (Spain) escaping death. In April of 2012 the Ansar al Din salafist fighters and their al Qaeda allies surrounded his house. They sought the destruction of the Andalusian Kati’s Fund, a legacy of over 12,000 scientific, poetic and religious manuscripts. Before the exile he dispersed the library in the Timbuktu's desert. After 500 years Ismael has returned to Spain to save his life and protected his family's library forever.
