To give you a little background. I am a video editor here in San Francisco, CA. I've been working here in the city since 2010. Currently looking for a new full-time position with the right company. The Adobe Creative Suite is my go-to software for editing and creating the needed motion graphics for video projects. Most recently I was a Senior Video Editor at Tonal. I helped build SF, LA, and NYC editing workforce, and planned and performed all their training. My team was responsible for editing all the Tonal content on the trainer. Growing our unit output from 5 per week to over 30 units per week. Before working at Tonal I mainly worked on short-form news videos, corporate videos, customer testimonials, sizzle reels, and explainer videos for a variety of bay area clients. I enjoy jumping into an editing project to create a visually stimulating experience and distill an engaging story. I have worked closely with creative directors and producers on many video projects and enjoy the collaboration that working in these teams brings. I also worked as a freelancer for AJ+ (Al Jazeera) and would like to pursue more companies that produce meaningful and exciting content such as this.
