At 13 i was the paperboy in port of Athens, Greece. At 18 i was reading Paul Virilio trying to understand mass media & communication theories for college degree. At 19 i was reporting live on news radio. At 20 i was told i should drop radio for live TV. For next 6 years my news reporting repertoire spanned anything from an elephant's birthday to Athens street gangs violence, to dead sea lions to Middle East conflict zones and Olympic Games. One day i was told i should drop reporting for hosting breaking news. After a year of reading the teleprompter under intense studio lights (it felt like chicken broiler) at age 26 i moved to New York. At 28 i finished my photojournalism studies at ICP in NY. At 29 i signed as the NY Bureau Chief for ERT / Hellenic Broadcasting Corp. At 35 i founded IFFI Productions and Old Garage Studio in Brooklyn. Been around the globe few times and seems that i can't escape NYC. Cheers.

Greek Entrepreneur Couple Starts Free Refugee School in Athens
The first school in the Greek capital that offers classes to refugee children stranded in Greece. Hosted at the Cube Athens, SOLE kick-started with 13 amazingly creative kids from Syria and Iraq who have been stranded along with their parents in Athens. I am currently in Greece, producing video content for an international organization, i thought this story suits your posted assignment.
