Hi I'm Ben, the operator of Dumb Owl Productions - specializing in short form, high quality comedic storytelling. What I do; ideation, development, writing, directing, camera operation, lighting, acting/voice over, editing, and preliminary music composition and arrangement. I am a one-stop media shop. I have a community of talented actors, writers, camera operators, and sound operators who love to collaborate and bring their best to each and every story we tell. Our production team is small and mighty, ready to collaborate and bring your ideas to life. Over the last few years we have won a 2020 Telly Award for our Documentary Webseries "Venice Beach Originals" and in 2018 we were nominated for a Streamy Award for Best Indie Series - "Lovers Divided". We make art from the heart and hope to define or defy elements of our humanity.
