Rui Gao is a 16 year old up and coming social media personality who is passionate about creating fashion, beauty, art, and anime related content. As a result of spending most of her childhood living in China, Rui embraces her Chinese heritage and hopes to inspire/empower fellow Asians! She started posting fashion videos on her TikTok @funkyfitz in November 2019, and quickly started to gain a cult following. From there she began creating fashion related content on her Instagram account and quickly fell in love with YouTube. On her channel she posts decor videos, school vlogs, look books, etc. Her in video animations and unique editing style have resulted in impressive viewership for such a young channel, many of her videos getting over 400k views in a week. Rui says posting on social media has helped her discover her unique sense of style, and has taught her that daring to be different is perfectly okay. She loves to connect with her supporters, and has made it her goal to encourage and inspire them to be the fullest, most true version of themselves.
