About
I am a freelance mobile videographer (iPhone, DSLR) specialized in filming for digital marketing purposes, mobile reporting, reports and documentaries. After studying English Philology, New History and Politics at FU Berlin and University College Dublin I was trained to become a TV journalist and author. Doing this I worked with and for well-known German TV stations such as ARD, Pro Sieben or Kabel 1. I'm also a trained VJ with the ARD.ZDF Medienakademie and worked as an online news editor for DPA, Videovalis and Bitprojects too. In 2014 I founded my own company So Handy to provide one stop content for businesses, organizations and public institutions. Since then I have realized more than 100 mobile films for more than 30 customers. I'm interested in peoples' stories, social impact and historical events.

This is a short film about the 1938Projekt for the Leo Baeck Institute in New York. The project marks the 80 year anniversary of one of the most consequential years for Jews in Europe. The film shows the purpose of the project which highlights a personal story every day of the year on social media. This makes history approachable on a personal level.

Trends in Journalism: From Telegraph to Tech City
As a videographer I documented this five day journalistic trip to London organized by the IMF for the Hamburg Media School. A group of visiting journalists wanted to find out more about trends and innovation of ten different enterprises such as Monocle, Facebook, Google. The Guardian, Sony, Wochit, Flockler and Data Smoothie.
