Emmanuel is a self-taught filmmaker with a background in music. While studying at New York University he began his work in film at HBO under documentarian Ellen Goosenberg-Kent and went on to work with filmmaker Morgan Spurlock for a number of years. His work explores topics of intent and pursuit while discovering new ways of visual storytelling, and seeks to synthesize the worlds of narrative and documentary film making. He currently lives in Los Angeles working as a freelance director, DP, and editor. He continues to write music when not behind the camera.

Recently joining Facebook's Building 8 this video was produced to illustrate the creative process of their technology and new designers at a recent designers workshop.

Yik Yak is a social media app for college students. Gold Front, a local boutique agency, wrote and directed their homepage video. I was hired as a producer to help bring the project to life.
