I am a video producer and freelance video journalist based in Beijing, China.I have produced a serial short-form documentary on Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey, as one of videographers for Project Ponybaby. I also filmed & produced a number of short-form videos in Myanmar (where I worked as an intern reporter at Mizzima Media) and North Korea. My major interests in issues including human rights, cross-cultural and transnational fusion, as well as social movement and development. I have a BA in History and a Masters Degree in Journalism and Documentary Production from the University of Hong Kong.

Pyongyang has the deepest underground metro system around the world. I filmed the whole trip to Pyongyang's underground world, as a glance of city life in Pyongyang, the capital of the mysterious North Korea.
I sneaked into the hermit kingdom North Korea disguised as an ordinary Chinese tourist two weeks before the failed missile launch on the North Korean 'Day of the Sun'. This video shows 100 seconds from my 5 day trip to North Korea. What I can see is quite impressive, but how much of it represents everyday reality in the rest of the country --- I simply don't know.
