Hello my name is Juan Camilo Pérez Ruiz, from Colombia. I am a Social Communicator, Audiovisual Producer, Cameraman and Editor. I have a special interest in nature and documentary films. With +10 years of experience in the audiovisual media as a cameraman and editor I have participated in the realization of different types of content: social, corporate, real estate, chronicles, news, music video clips, commercial and advertising videos, short films, among others. I love to travel to know different places, people and cultures, even more so when I can exercise my profession to get closer and get to know some community in depth. The last 10 years I have dedicated to travel different corners of our American continent, adding experiences and participated in different audiovisual projects.
The video presents Arielle Thomas Newman. Arielle is a renowned yoga teacher who lives in Playa del Carmen. It is a campaign to attract foreigners to buy real estate. I made this video during the time I was working for Top Mexico Real Estate in Mexico.
This video is part of a series that shows the different beaches along the Mayan Riviera, in this case it is the Luna Maya beach, located in Tulum, Mexico.
A web documentary was made that reflects the abuse of authority of some organizations in Venezuela in the middle of the protests that several students are carrying out against government measures, such as insecurity, shortages and abuse of power. Many of the images that make up the video were recorded by cell phones of the same protesters.
