For 9 years, Yusef "Bunchy" Shakur has been hosting an annual backpack giveaway and block party on the street where he grew up as part of his "Restoring the Neighbor Back to the Hood" initiative. This past year he partnered with Michigan Roundtable to add a storytelling element to the event.
