Patrick Burns, founder and CEO of Still N Motion, has been creating innovative video and photography in the San Francisco Bay Area and across the globe. Patrick received a degree in Radio Television Broadcasting with an emphasis in Film and a minor in Journalism from San Jose State University. He started Still N Motion in 1982 after extensive experience as a Cinematographer, Aerial Image Special Effects Artist, studio and location Photographer and Producer for 5 years. He has worked with many of the top corporations and technology companies in the Bay Area and beyond. Patrick has extensive experience with green screen compositing in Studio and on Location in single and multi-camera configurations. He has worked as DP/Videographer for ABC, CBS, PBS, BBC, ESPN and many other broadcast agencies.
While in Africa in 2010 working on the KEF promotional film we ran across Mary Manguisa who runs 3 orphanages in Malawi Africa. We captured the video, wrote the script and edited this short promo for their website to generate donations.

We were contracted to tell the story of the Fujitsu Laptop Computer Program at St. Thomas More School in Lafayette Louisiana. All elements of production were coordinated and performed by Still N Motion with Patrick Burns as Producer/Director and Director of Photography. This program was shot in 4K with two Red Scarlet cameras in one day on location. Story by Patrick Burns.

We were contracted to shoot the footage for a Rawlings commercial in our studio. We supplied all crew and equipment: Videography, studio, lighting, makeup and audio recording. We also acquired all props. We were allowed only 3 hours to perform the recording with Patrick Willis. We used the Sony F55.
We were contracted to film Isabel Allende at her home including broll of San Francisco for a feature story on Austrian Public Television. The entire shoot and transfer to Austria took place in one day with all files being uploaded for access in Austria the following morning to meet broadcast scheduling.
We were contracted by Citrix to tell the story of How Clint Newell Auto Group utilizes Citrix Cloud to improve their service to customers and grow their business. We worked closely with a Citrix Account Representative while providing full service Video Production including Producer Services pre planning and development, video recording, graphics and animation, post production editing and release
