Esperanza was really great to work with. Not only did she deliver a excellent piece of work to a very tight deadline, but she was receptive at every step of the way to our needs and requests. The challenging nature of the brief, demonstrated the best of her creativity, organisation and interpersonal sensitivity. We are very happy with the final videos and would like to thank her for all of her efforts with this project!
I assisted on the shoot and edited this film, within a series of films made by Casual Films for Canon Europe.
I conceptualised, shot and edited this piece for the Barcelona City Council. This is the 60 second version, there is an extended version, 3:30 min long. The goal was to raise awareness of the importance of keeping public schools alive in the city centre, where over 40% of the students are immigrants. Emphasise diversity as a key value in education, that prepares children for the real world.
I shot and edited this piece in the span of 5 hours as an open call to arms for people to sign up to the popular movement that saw itself transformed into a political party and is now the local government in Barcelona. I worked with them for a few months in the run up to the election day to produce content for social media, TV and their own site.
