1 reviewI'm Patricia Godoy and I was born in Sonora, Mexico, in 1982. I could became alawyer (I studied for this) but I decided to became journalist because I love to comunicate with the people and tell their stories. The experience I gained in various media in Mexico gave me strenght enough (in 2010) to move to Spain and work as correspondent and then as a freelance to differents media. It was not easy during this time: living and working in a new and unknown country with a lot of challenges ahead. But, at the same time, this great opportunity allowed me to build a broader global perspective of the job we do. As an international TV news correspondant, I had learn to face many challenges. I had learn to produce, film, edit my own stories. I like to tell small stories, that, one after another, are transforming this country/world and that somehow have transformed my life. I like to put light on the small details of everyday life that speak of the dignity and value of many extraordinary people.
