I am a journalist by profession and vocation. During the past eight years I have been dedicated to travel and photograph forgotten realities. I have witnessed the postwar in the Balkans, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the vigil and post-independence of Kosovo, the healthcare weaknesses of the inhospitable desert of Afar in Ethiopia. In 2010 I traveled to India to work for several months with the community of the "untouchables", knowing from firsthand the reality in the slums. My recent work focuses on the coverage of minorities and political and social present in several African countries.
