About
Nick Marchuk is a 27-year-old independent filmmaker originating from Minsk, Belarus. At the age of 8, his family and he immigrated to Northern California where he was raised and developed his passion for storytelling through film. In addition to his work as a filmmaker, he is also deeply interested in technology and how it continues to shape and advance society. His natural curiosity drives him to seek out new experiences and challenges, and he brings this innovative approach to his work as a filmmaker. He is known for his award-winning short films PREMONITION, and ROBBERY INTERMISSION. When he’s not writing or directing his own projects he works on various freelance projects. Most frequently as a Gaffer/Grip on sets and Editor in post production.
