“A story will help us make sense of anything” - Philip Pullman* Be it religion, philosophy, technology, or brand values, stories enable us to understand concepts in a way that stays with us. The key is not just knowing your message, but really knowing your audience. I’m an experienced short form Producer/Director working in Copenhagen, London and around the world. I work on projects from creative to delivery, and have covered several roles in the process. Over the last few years I’ve worked for BBC, Great Big Story, CNN Commercial, LEGO, MarlowFilm, and The Film Agency to produce beautiful films that really engage the audience. Having worked, hands on, at all stages of the production process, I am well used to dealing with agencies and production companies, as well as working for them. Through this experience I am also used to managing clients, industry service providers, and specialist freelancers, both at domestically and internationally. In all the work I do I deliver what’s desired, but push the boundaries wherever possible to ensure the tone and message established in the creative, or client vision is amplified. At the heart of all my projects, however, is a story; one that communicates what is desired by engaging meaningfully with the target audience. * From New Scientist, Rowan Hooper, 16th May 2020

Hello, I'm Zoe, a filmmaker born & bred in London. I've worked in the industry for over 6 years, starting off as a humble delivery driver supplying productions around the UK with all the optical, camera, lighting and grip equipment they needed. Today I love working behind the camera, whether as a self-shooting PD or working alongside a full crew, I just love to shoot. But it's not all camera camera camera for me. Before going freelance I spent 4 years working in-house at an agency as a Producer & Director, working predominantly on big fashion campaigns, live shows and documentaries. I have the upmost respect for the fashion industry, having had the privilege to work from the inside for many years and the good fortune to maintain my old clients so I can continue to collaborate. Since being freelance, I've branched out into sport and live action, given my own love and passion for competition, fitness and documenting humans pushing the boundaries. I have a full GVC drone licence and my own DJI Air 2S which I love to go fly! Please don't hesitate to give me a nudge if you want to discuss any productions, in whatever stage or capacity you're at. I'm always, always around for a chat. Zoe

Sonali Ohrie (b. 1995, London, UK) is a self-taught South Asian Female Photographer and Director, brought up in England and raised in a Hindu-Punjabi household. Hardly able to find highly acclaimed visual assets from an Indian female perspective (try to think how many springs to mind now...), she quit her full-time job to change that narrative and ensure there isn’t a lack of female Indian photographers in the future. She utilises her images (still or motion) as a catalyst for change, particularly in expressing themes of power, intimacy, and womanhood. Through her punchy and impactful images, she portrays authentic stories while also confronting harmful stereotypes, aiming to enlighten her audience. In 2022, she won the Female in Focus Global Photographer Award with the renowned British Journal of Photography, where her work was exhibited in London and NYC. This was won with the first professional portrait she ever took. In 2023, the first video she made was picked up by Vogue and Levis. She then went on to make her official Video Directing debut with Apple Inc.
