Director, Screenwriter, Filmmaker SIMONA COCOZZA (Naples 1976) graduated in Cinema History & Criticism, at the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy of the University of Bologna, DAMS. After many experiences on movie sets as script girl, in 2003 she debuts as director with the short "Fresca di bucato". Valerio Nicolosi, filmmaker and photojournalist born in Rome in 1984, has always had a passion for photography and video. In 2008 he graduated with highest honours from the ‘Experimental Television Center’ in Rome and went on to win awards from the ‘Feel the Reel International Film Festival’ as “Best Film” with “Bar(n)Out duepuntoniente”and the ‘Roma Videoclip 2016’ as “Best Videoclip with "A un passo da qui", “Paris Around International Film Festival” as “Best Trailer”, the ”European Cinematography Awards 2017” “Mediterranean Film Festival” as “Best Director” with “Bia”. My name is Davide Rinaldi, an Italian videomaker and documentary filmmaker. I was born in Naples in 1982. As a director, I have worked on the following projects: - 5 TV documentary series titled "ITALIE INVISIBILI" (known internationally as HIDE ITALY), consisting of 22 episodes, each 25 minutes long, for the SKY ARTE network. - 3 TV documentary series titled "GENERAZIONE BELLEZZA," comprising 35 episodes, each 25 minutes long, for the RAI TRE network (Italian national television). - For the series "IL FATTORE UMANO" (The Human Factor), I directed 2 episodes lasting 45 minutes, including "BORDERLINE" (about migrants at the border between the USA and Mexico, featuring an exclusive interview with the director Alejandro González Iñárritu) and the episode "THE WALL OF SHAME" about the dividing wall in Lima, Peru, which segregates the wealthiest and poorest areas of the city. I have also worked as a videomaker for Italian television RAI on: RAI CULTURA & UNESCO, creating 10 video clips for Italian Heritage UNESCO sites. "REPORT", Italy's most-watched investigative journalism program, for 3 years. "SAPIENS", a prime-time program on climate change, for 3 years. Silvestro Maccariello is a screenwriter, director and filmmaker. After his first jobs as assistant director, in 2015 he starts his authorial path with the screenplay financed by Regione Lazio of the pilot episode "ERMINIO BINTO" of which he is also director, produced by SOUND ART 23. In 2016 he writes and directs PROPHETA, a medium-length documentary and in 2017 he is the author of the fiction short film LENTI NERE, with which he wins an "Honorable Mention Drama" at the Los Angeles Film Awards, In 2017 he wins the award for young screenwriters of TV series "Milano Mon Amour" with the serial project TRENCH STORIES. In 2022 the he is screenwriter of documentary CORPO A CORPO directed by Maria Iovine, selected for Alice nella Città and nominated for the Nastri D'Argento for the Valentina Pedicini Award and in 2022 for the Globo d'Oro. Also in 2021 he shoots a short film as director entitled COSE LORO and collaborates on the writing of the documentary SUPERTEMPO by Daniel Kemeny, produced by Cineddoke, and selected at Vision du Réel in Nyon. Also coming out in 2022 is a graphic novel LA CITTA DI CAP, published by Becco Giallo, for which he is the screenwariter.

Silvia Luzi is a indipendent journalist, copywriter, producer and director. She is professor at the MA Film Studies of Malta University and lecturer in screenwriting and journalism. She was in charge of the Foreign Affairs editorial staff of the main Italian public television RAI, for which she was also correspondent for Europe and Africa. Kami Fares is an Italian-Palestinian visual storyteller. He has a degree in Cinema at the University of Rome, a degree as Director at ACT in Cinecittà, Rome and in Documentary at the New York Film Academy. He wins the Marzocco Price with the short movies “Innocenze perdute”, where he is the screenwriter, and then it is among the finalist 12 short movies at Nastri d’Argento '12. I am an American citizen living here in Rome for more than 5 years, previously in Istanbul for 17 years. I have 30 years of experience in film/TV as a: Director, camera operator, sound recordist, editor, sound mixer/designer for fiction and non-fiction work. My experience ranges from writing and directing feature-length fiction films, short films, and documentaries for TV, as well as working freelance all over the world in both production (both camera and sound for documentary, corporate, and fiction projects) and post-production (picture and sound editor/sound designer for fiction and non-fiction work). I am also a professor at the American University of Rome where I serve as the director of the Film program.
