To put it briefly, I am a photojournalist and editorial photographer at heart. Being a photojournalist gives you a license to be curious about all things. It's all about the people and their stories. There is nothing I love better than going out on an assignment, being able to illustrate a good story, and then seeing those photos in print or on the web. I get an indescribable high from it every time. Every day in this biz is a new adventure. And you're only as good as the picture in today's paper. I have been a staff photographer at 4 different daily newspapers, but I've freelanced and had my work featured in publications across the country. Rory Thompson is a twenty-one-year-old Black filmmaker born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a double major in Digital Media Production and Media Studies with a minor in Film Studies. ​ Growing up with a passion for stories and storytelling, Rory quickly fell in love with video storytelling via film and television. At the age of 10, he started making home movies and stop motion videos. At the age of 17, he made his first short film, "Fourth of July". Since then, Rory has worked with various sports organizations, doing mostly video editing work, including the Jacksonville Sharks, the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, the Jacksonville Giants, the St. Augustine Glory, and Flagler College Athletics. He has also independently produced music videos and worked on various short films. In the Spring of 2021, Rory started production on his first short film in almost four years with "Six Months Later", which was later released in July 2021. He is currently in production of his undergraduate thesis film, "The Butterfly and the Wasp", with a planned release of early 2022.

Hi, I’m BJ Adkins, award winning videographer and graphic designer based in Dothan, AL. Prior to entering into the video, I've had 12 years graphic design experience, 35 years photography and 10+ years computer systems administrator experience (Mac, PC, Linux, Solaris). Once I started the video and multimedia, I fell in love with video, filmmaking – the entire process. I pretty much eat, sleep and dream video. I’m detail oriented and somewhat a perfectionist. My primary goal is to produce the best content for my “client”, regardless of where they are from. I consider everyone I am creating a video for a client – businesses, individuals or groups. And I employ the same sequence to all of them so that I can reproduce professional results every time from concept to finished product. My name is Leighton. Cinematography has been a passion of mine since I was opened to it in 2009. I started filming outdoor hunting online shows and then moved to wedding films. After that I moved to Nashville and started filming music videos and EPKs for music artist. In 2014 I ventured back to my hometown of Montgmery, Alabama and started filming in the corporate world.. i.e. training videos for large companies. political campaign commercials local business commercials etc... I professionally edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop I operate on RED if the budget allows. If not we use, Canon DSLR and Panasonic broadcast cameras. I’m currently a graduate student at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.
