Martin Andres Markovits is an award-winning writer, director, producer and multi-media reporter. He worked as a freelance journalist in Latin America for publications such as the San Francisco Chronicle, The New Statesman, Fusion and the Huffington Post. Brian Inocencio was born and raised in Taiwan. He moved to to Vancouver, Canada when he was thirteen on his own. He developed interest in film photography and was heavily involved in outdoor activities such as backcountry snowboarding, skim boarding, surfing, rock climbing, and camping at a very young age. He was part of the first fifteen rugby team and played on the clubs team on the weekends. He’s always documenting his journey through the camera he had at the time. Presently, he is an award winning documentary filmmaker and cinematographer who has worked on documentary film projects for BBC, PBS, Discovery, Al Jazeera+, Netflix, POV American Documentary, Peacock, 60 Second Docs, The Economist, CNBC, Business Insider, and Bloomberg Digital. His documentary short, Alex, was awarded best documentary at Long Island International Film Expo, shortlisted for the 2017 BAFTA Student Film Awards, and was part of the official selection for 60 Second Docs. Brian has recently worked as a Director of Photography for PBS Series called Historian’s Take, and a feature length documentary film called The Hidden Wounds, and a food series exploring LA’s Chinese cuisine, Boiling Pot, In early 2020, Brian was a Director of Photography for the Chinese Historical Society of America, We Are Bruce Lee, a documentary short that will be part of the museum's new exhibit. In 2018 he was an additional cinematographer on Andrew Zimmern’s food show and was a digital imaging technician on a documentary project, Becoming, an intimate story with the former first lady Michelle Obama. Brian has also worked as a cinematographer and programmer at POV American Documentary. In late 2017, he was an additional cinematographer for a feature length documentary film, Dykes, Camera, Action!, and a second camera operator for the show Talk Stoop, George to The Rescue, Open House, and 1st Look. Before embarking on his career as a documentary cinematographer, he worked in the medical field and was a part of an interdisciplinary team in the Brain Injury Unit working as a physical therapy assistant. At the time, he met some of the toughest people battling their injuries, and one in particular was a young man name Alex. He had just graduated college and had his entire life ahead of him, but a mistake of not fastening his seatbelt completely changed his life. They became friends. He had inspired Brian to follow his gut. And that is to become a documentary filmmaker and cinematographer. Fast forward two years, he made a short film about him “Alex”, and it jump started his storytelling career. Brian holds a MFA in Social Documentary Film from the School of Visual Arts and a Bachelor degree in Biology from Hunter College CUNY in New York City.

Kenneth Eng is a director, editor and executive producer. After graduating from Boston Latin School, Ken left for New York in 1994 to study film at the School of Visual Arts. His thesis Scratching Windows, a short documentary film about graffiti writers, was broadcast as part of the doc series REEL NY on WNET - NY PBS. In 2001, Ken directed and edited Take Me to The River a feature length documentary about the Maha Kumbh Mela festival in Allahabad, India. Kokoyakyu: High School Baseball, his film about the famous Koshien Tournament in Japan was nationally broadcast on PBS as part of POV and continues to play in Japan on NHK-TV. In 2007, Ken was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship to launch My Life In China. Beginning his career as an ENG cameraman, he was soon covering war-zones, high-profile sit-downs, large-scale OB’s, live-panel debates, fast-paced sports, hard-hitting current affairs, delicately crafted documentaries, presenter led feature programs and celebrity interviews. He now concentrates his skills on productions of all genres: travel, food, science, business, sport, art and technology, whilst applying a sharp eye along with a tireless work ethic. Beau’s experience on a full range of broadcast and specialist cameras - including a preference for large sensor digital cinema cameras - means he is an extremely versatile shooter and can deliver an array of styles to suit any client. He loves nothing more than to be able to craft beautiful sequences, drawing on his strong editing skills to understand what will benefit most in post-production. With a resolve to keep calm under pressure and meet tight-deadlines, Beau always finds a solution to the inevitable challenges that arise during a shoot. His strengths are in being able to anticipate the scene before him, accurately interpret an editorial brief or offer his own creative vision, give clear directions when there is a mandate to take the lead and most importantly maintain a sense of humor! He absolutely believes in giving his all to each and every project, as he lives by the mantra that you are only as good as the success of your last assignment. The Americas may now be Beau’s backyard, but he relishes any opportunity to travel and see the world from behind the lens.

I've spent the last 8 years scripting, shooting, and editing content for social media (both organic and paid). In that time, my work has received more than 100 million impressions across social media platforms and supported multiple 7 figures of ad spend for a number of well-recognized brands, including Mr. Beast, The NFL, Salvation Army, The NBA, The Hoop Bus, Aubrey Marcus, Breathwrk, Nicole Arbor, and TopCourt. Luckily, this wide range of clientele has given me a clear sense of how to envision and produce thumb-stopping content for use on TikTok and Instagram - videos that capture attention and don't lose that attention quickly. A blend of sound choice, text overlays, and the right shot selection is the key to my secret sauce. (My tool of choice is the Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop.)I'm pretty plug & play - depending on the structure & distribution of your current team.
