My name is Santi Carneri (La Plata, Argentina, 1987). I'am a freelance journalist, photographer and videographer based in Paraguay since 2013. I combine personal long-term projects with editorial assignments in photo, text, audio and vídeo from international clients. I was born in Argentina but I grew up in Spain. I have both nationalities: Argentine and Spanish. I have worked as a reporter, fixer, producer and photographer for The New York Times, Associated Press (AP), The Guardian, El País, Univision, Deustche Welle, Al Jazzera and BBC, among many others companies, brands and media. Before been a freelancer, I started my carrier as a local reporter and photographer in Madrid. And then as a junior correspondent for EFE/EPA (European Press Agency) in Spain, Brazil and then in Paraguay. In 2020 I was nominated for the Gabo Prize for Journalism in the Image category for my documentary short film "Sin Condena", which combines photography and video to show the injustice that exists in Paraguayan prisons. In 2015, Amnesty International Paraguay gave the honor to receive the Peter Benenson Award for Journalism Commited with Human Rights. My photos have been exhibetd in Spain, Paraguay, Guatemala and Colombia. And I'm the creator and edtior of the photo colective Everyday Paraguay that shows the work of paraguayan artists all over the world. I hold a degree in Journalism from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain). I speak spanish, english, portuguese and a bit of guaraní.

IRLANDA TAMBASCIO WAINE (Eire) is a director, writer, film editor and comic book author born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1977, and now a Spanish national, based in Madrid. After graduating in Image and Sound from the Universidad Complutense, she began work as a film editor and has since edited over 200 audiovisual works, from series, mass audience reality shows, music video, short films with successful runs at festivals, as well as documentaries like "Pirates and Dragonflies"(Honorable Mention at La Seminci, Valladolid); "La cabeza de Joseph" -directed by Alicia Luna-; or "I decide. The Train of Freedom", together with Teresa Font -selected at the 62nd San Sebastian International Film Festival. As a director, she debuted in 2007 with her short film "Essence", and in 2009 she directed a "Making of "about the baroque opera "La Parténope" for the Ministry of Culture. In 2011 she shot her second short film "El Regalo", produced, written and directed by Irlanda and praised by Javier Fesser. She has won the 10th Award for Proyecto Corto Canal Plus + Festival International Film Festival Cinema Jove for "Atocha 70". This film received more than a dozen awards at Spanish and international festivals, including the first prize of the audience at Corto España 2013. In 2019, she directed the short film "Equals", nominated for the About Film Award at the Notodofilmfest and finalist in the I Festival MICRO. That same year, her fiction project "Rara(s) Avis", was selected for the Coofilm Residence. In 2020, she released the video clip "Mike Hunt" for the band Patio Rosemary, reviewed by LOS40. As a comic book author, she debuted with "Aves Metropolitanas", a bestiary set on the Madrid Metro (Pub. Alianza); then came "Adelaide & Coco" (Pub. Grijalbo), a graphic novel about the daily life of a young urbanite and her cat, which has been widely acclaimed by the media and was recommended by critics (PlayGround, The Huffington Post and Forges, among others). Her third book is a group effort co-written and co-illustrated with Syrian women refugees in Lebanon, called "The Women of Aaramoun"(NGO Urdaspain). Its prologue was written by the project's godmother, Rosa Montero, who called this book "a miracle". Her fourth book: "Damned Cats (a catalogue of feline souls)", has been published by Alianza Editorial this year and her last work are the illustration of "Insolation" a novel written by Emilia Pardo Bazán (Ed. Alianza). She is also makes photos in CIMA team in CORTO, a monthly film festival that screens audiovisual works made by women and is currently hosted by the Cineteca at the Matadero in Madrid.

Adrian Alvarez Cueto (b. 1992 in Madrid) is a full-time Visual Storyteller and Cinematographer based in Madrid, Spain. He graduated in Journalism at Complutense University of Madrid in 2015. Then he traveled to United Kingdom to complete the MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at the University of the Arts London. In 2022 he was awarded with the Dawn Journalism Award for his documentary work on depopulation and rural resilience in northern Spain. His work focuses on issues involving social justice and identity, as well as the way people interact with their environment. Adrian understands visual storytelling as a means to build bridges between realities, to create common spaces where civic and public conversation can lead to new levels of mutual understanding between different collectives of our society. His work has been published in some of the most influential international media outlets, such as The Washington Post, GEO Magazine and El País; and he has also produced work for brands such as Leica Camera AG, LG Electronics and Warner Music. He currently conducts his commercial and documentary work through NORTHWEST© Studio, his own production company based in the Madrid sierras.
